Notice
I.Identity and address of the responsible party.
Mapartel S. A. de C. V., hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY, with address at Calzada Camarones 261 BIS, Colonia San Bernabé, Alcaldía Azcapotzalco, C.P. 02830, Mexico City, Mexico; with email address ltrujillo@mapartel.com.mx will be responsible for the legitimate and informed treatment of the personal data collected from its customers, suppliers, and employees, by itsellf or through its affiliated companies.
II.Data collected.
THE COMPANY may collect your general personal data such as name, address, age, telephone, gender, Federal Taxpayers Registry, CURP, complete address, bank details such as CLABE, bank account number, branch, landline (local), cell phone, photograph, email, nationality, marital status and/or profession, business or economic activity, through various sources, such as those listed below bay way of example, but not limited to: personally, through its website, by sending emails or cookies through phone calls or when you contact us by any other means because of our services.
III.Sensitive personal data.
THE COMPANY, under certain circumstances, may request sensitive personal data (for example, health status, financial situation, employment status, past and/or present), in which case your autographic signature will be required in the case of sensitive personal data for you to give your express consent for the processing of such personal data. Likewise, by providing sensitive personal data of your dependents either because of their minority or incapacity status, you, as their legitimate representative, guardian, and/or curator, by signing the consent, acknowledge and agree that such individuals are aware of the treatment that THE COMPANY will carry out with their data. This section constitutes the express acceptance of the Holder concerning the processing of his/her sensitive personal data, by articles 8, second, and fourth paragraphs; Article 9 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties. Likewise, the formalities of articles 12 and 13 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals are complied with.
IV. Purpose of the processing of personal data.
The data that THE COMPANY collects will be used to carry out the purposes of our services, such as:

Creation of customers, supplier, and employee directories.

Carrying out judicial and/or extrajudicial collection.

Your data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and by the provisions of the applicable legal provisions.
V. Security measures.
To prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of your data, THE COMPANY has adopted the necessary physical, administrative, and technical measures to ensure the proper processing of your data; only authorized personnel may participate in the processing of your data, who will be strictly forbidden to use your data for purposes other than those described and will be obliged to keep the necessary duty of confidentiality, even after the relationship with THE COMPANY is terminated.
VI.Transfer of personal data.
According to the activities of THE COMPANY and to comply with the aforementioned purposes, THE COMPANY may transfer to its subsidiaries, some or all of your data or those of the persons who depend on you, prior confidentiality agreement and ensuring that they maintain the physical, administrative and technical security measures implemented by THE COMPANY; or may transfer them to third parties, who will be obliged to inform you of their Privacy Notice; the above to avoid damage, loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorized processing of your data.
VII.Revocation of consent.
You may at any time revoke your consent for THE COMPANY to continue processing your data. The revocation may be total or partial, according to the following definitions and procedures: In case of being total, this is understood that the exiting relationship between you and THE COMPANY has been concluded, in which case you must follow the following procedure:

Total (The existing relationship between THE COMPANY and the Data Subject is completely terminated). Send an email to the responsible person, indicating your full name, and request for complete data revocation. In the case of having provided sensitive data, you must submit a letter with your full name and signature at the address of THE COMPANY, where you express your desire to cancel your sensitive personal data.

Partial (Specific data is rectified or canceled, and the rest of the data is still being processed by THE COMPANY): Send an e-mail with full name addressed to the responsible and the person in charge indicating which personal data you specifically wish to revoke the purposes of such personal data and not others with which you do agree.
VIII. ARCO Rights
The holders of personal data may exercise before THE COMPANY the rights conferred by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations, that is, the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO Rights) regarding the processing of their data, using a written request addressed to the General Management, submitted directly to our offices, or by sending it to the e.mail address ltrujillo@mapartel.com.mx
IX.Attention to requests
The requests referred to above (revocation of consent and/or ARCO rights) must be accompanied by the following:

Full name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.

Documents proving the identitiy or, as the case may be, the legal representation of the holder.

Clear and precise descriptiion of the personal data concerning which you seek to exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition.

Any other element or document that facilitatesthe location of the personal data. THE COMPANY has a period of twenty (20) business days to respond to the requests made by the owners of the personal data in the exercise of their ARCO Rights, a period that may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify .
X.Modifications to the Privacy Notice.
THE COMPANY reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Notice as it deems appropriate; however, such amendments or modifications will be communicated to you through a notice published on the website www.mapartel.com.mx
If you do not express your opposition to the content and scope of this Privacy Notice, to the modifications or amendments that it may undergo, or the transfer of your data or those of your dependents that THE COMPANY makes to third parties, within a period of three (3) business days from the date on which THE COMPANY makes the Privacy Notice available to you, it will be understood that you give your tacit consent for THE COMPANY to process your Data or those of your dependents; informs you of its modifications; or the possible transfer of your data or those of your dependents, it will be understood that you grant your tacit consent for THE COMPANY to precess your Personal Data based on the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.
However, if you wish to express your refusal to the content of this Privacy Notice, as well as the possible transfer of your data or those of your dependents, you may do so at any time by submitting a written request directly to our offices, addressed to the General Management, or by sending it to the e-mail: ltrujillo@mapartel.com.mx
